I would not recommend Kaiser to my worst enemy! Although he seems to think highly of himself, I wasn't impressed. He mispronounced tinnitus, was incredibly rude and wouldn't listen to me for the whole three minutes of my appointment. Stay away from this terrible person.

My son has been to many ENT's since he was 3 mo. old. Since surgery by Dr. Kaiser, he no longer has hearing issues. I never thought I would see this day!! Forgot to mention, my son just turned 20. He was super to us

Most obnoxious medical practice ever experienced. It took over 5 weeks to get an appointment even when the referral from my primary stated "Stat." I arrived on time and was told I was supposed to arrive 1/2 hour early and that the doc might not be able to see me (No one told me to come early). I filled out the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and waited another 35 minutes past my appointment time. I asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes. I stated that I was going for a short walk and would be back, but that if they needed me sooner to call my cell phone. I came back in 12 minutes, sat for another 15 minutes, and was then informed by the office manager that my appointment was cancelled and that the doctor would not see me. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that my appointment was cancelled because I left the office. It didn't make any sense to me, especially since I explained I was going for a short walk and they had my cell phone number. The office manager (Susie) refused to provide any further explanation other than that by not arriving 1/2 hour early, I had pushed the entire schedule. Furthermore, the staff could not find the x-ray CD and x-ray report that my primary sent over with the referral. Overall, the staff was very unprofessional and not the least bit caring or helpful.

He didn't even know why lymph nodes swell, told me it's not abnormal if they persist past three months and told me just because they are larger than normal doesn't mean they are enlarged. Doesn't make any sense at all. He told me active ebv can not cause lymphoma, look it up it most definitely does. He also said lymphoma is when only one lymph node swells abnormally large, wrong again. Swollen lymph nodes throughout the whole body indicate cancer. He was rude and advised me to see someone else.

Dr. Kaiser is awesome! He has operated on all 3 of my children and the results have always been excellent. He has always been there for us when we needed to get in. You will be happy if you see Dr. Kaiser.

Dr. Kaiser fixed my deviated septum. His knowledge and professionalism changed my life. I do not suffer from allergies anymore. Yes Dr. Kaiser is not warm and fuzzy but he is always professional and takes care of the issue in good time. It seems that people only write reviews when they are angry. No business is perfect, you will always have some bad experiences at some point in your life. For me and my family we consider Dr. Kaiser our ENT and trust him and his staff completely.

After working with dr kaiser for over 2 years I am so dissapointed. I consider him a "0" for caring. He seems just phoning it in for the money. The office staff hung up on me when I had a complaint. Dr kaiser is NOT good with kids. Just scares them.

RUN from this practice!!! Office staff rude and uncaring. My son's visits did not get charted until months later, which I think is an AMA violation. Extremely poor patient care.
