He’s a great doctor other than a staff member lady who is so rude! I don’t know how she hasn’t been fired yet! She will answer phone calls from their office but she’s making this place get a star for her attitude

The staff is extremely rude and don’t care about their patients Instead of helping they simply hang up on u or tell the patient that they are rude Apparently that’s what they’re trained to say just to get out of helping because this has happened several times If u are looking for a new doctor this is the worst worst staff Hope they go out of business soon They are bad and an embarrassment for El Paso

Agreed!!!! 0 stars. I worked for the man and same
got fired for not cleaning a bathroom. Wich was something I always did even though. I was hired as a back office Medical Assistant. The man is a sham and arrogant as hell. His admin office is horrible. DR. DWAYNE FRIDAY IS THE ONLY ONE WITH ANY MORAL FIBER IN HIS BEING!!!! So on having experience with that company professionally and as a patient. On two occasions Dr.Cazares gave me another patients results. And their staff violated my HIPPA rights. I only went there out of desperation. Apparently a lot of people do and he expolits that. He cars more about celebrity status than medicine. It's sad. Thank God El Paso has grown and we have more options. Laura is a ride rude individual.

The only reason I went to Dr Rafael Armendariz office was because my insurance assigned him as our provider. However, it did not take me long before I started seeking a new primary doctor and it is primarily due to his staff. I worked in medical offices many years ago, therefore I actually have a valid opinion. Never have I ever encountered a more rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff in my life. The call center employees, Laura especially, has absolute no phone etiquette, talked over me, was extremely rude, and wouldn't even take the time to listen. I asked her to stop talking over me and she completely ignored my request, then proceeded with her nonsense. The staff can't make simple calls to get referrals, which I had to do myself on a separate occasion. Furthermore, they do not rely their information correctly to the patient and had us driving to their office for nothing. Then when I asked if Dr Armendariz ever finds out about the complaints made against his staff, they said he never does because it all gets filtered through the office manager, being his wife. From all the other one star reviews I've read, I am so glad we found a better primary doctor. Personally, I actually didn't have issues with him or his assistants, BUT I wouldn't put another dime of my money to pay for the few staff members I've had to deal with. I am not saying they are all a nightmare, but for the ones I have dealt with, I am disgusted at their behavior towards a patient that is not theirs to disrespect. For staff, I would give negative scores if available.

What a shame that I'm not allowed to leave zero stars for this clinic. First off they don't care about your health, all they want is your money and that of your insurance. The only reason I went to them for 7 years was to refill my prescriptions. I have enough sense not to trust them for anything else. For one in my 7 years going at least 4-6 times a year I only met Dr. Armendáriz In pictures, I never met him in person or any other doctor for that matter. I was always only seen by PA's or NP's.

At first it was OK I would go as a walk in wait for 15-20 min and see the Assistent, get my prescriptios and come back in 3 months. However at the end it got rediculis I went I went at the end of April to get a refill I was told I was do for blood work first, so I waited a cuplé of days and went back for blood work. Than I was told that I needed to follow up to have the results read so I can finally get my prescription. So I waited a few more days went in had my prescriptions read turns out everything is fine, so finally I'm told I'm getting a refill for 3 months what pharmacy should they sent them? I tell them so they tell me to go pick them up an, a hour. I go in 3 hours and they don't have anything.

Next day I call the clinic back and they tell me I need another follow up in a week. (Please keep in mind it's been over a week and I have to wait one more to get my blood pressure medication). Make a long story short I have not gotten my blood pressure medication. It is now July! These people will rather see me dead as long as I can continue to go and they continue charging my insurance.

I've been taking blood pressure medicine for 25 years and I have never had such a hard time. I had to go to an urgent care clinic to get them it took 5min. Of course I'm going to find another doctor. I just want people to be warned that they maybe putting thier health if not life in danger by visiting these scam artist. I have been advised to seal Legal cancel.

Last time I called them they just hung up on me.
