Dr Lawrence has been my doctor since 2007. She’s a wonderful. With that being said the office in the way that this practices run is so unbelievably unprofessional and crazy. The wait is 2 1/2 and four hours on a regular basis. . They never answer their phone and never call you back. They do not have a very well run office. Toward the end the way it was longer. And the visits were shorter. I felt as if I was rushed in and out before I could even explain what was happening. I was pushed into a drug trial that I did not want to do and when I refused, it took months and months to actually get the drug I needed prescribed. As of this point, I have gone to another doctor. I have tried to get my records for over a year and have not been able to. I have left a message after message as well as my new doctor requesting my records. I still cannot get that. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint, as I need my records to continue my to continue my treatment

When I checked out of the office on April 14th I wanted to sign up for the patient portal. I was trying to sign up for the patient portal so that I could get my lab results Etc. When I checked out of the office with Anna she said Amanda was at lunch, and Anna didn't know where the tokens were to give access to the tokens that was needed to sign up for the portal. She took my email address and said that Amanda who was at lunch would email me with that information I said are you sure? She said yes. However... As expected from Reading other reviews I did not get any information from Amanda or an email from anybody. I then called back on Monday and left a message on the nurses line. Nobody called me back I called back on Tuesday twice once in the appointment line once on the nurses line. Nobody called me back... today is Wednesday I left yet another message on the nurses line... and you're right nobody called me back! This is ridiculous they don't care about me as a patient. That speaks volumes. 6 days later and 5 messages AND NOBODY RETURNS MY CALLS! Is this a place you want to intrust your medical health with?

Dr Lawrence is very friendly and kind. I have had no problem with the staff. The time you wait in the office is horrible! I never really know what’s going on with me I have left the appointment with out knowing my diagnosis and very confused. I have my blood drawn yet when I come back for my follow up appointment my results are never discussed with me I am really not sure why I keep coming I guess I really don’t change. Like other people have said it’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone you can leave messages but forget anyone ever calling you back. If you do not get everything while in the office you don’t have a chance of getting it by phone! I feel like there is better Rheumatologists out there I just have not found them yet.

Let me just say this... ANY doctor that takes your money as soon as you walk in the door, makes you wait about 2 hours to be seen and then spends 5 minutes that she SHOULD BE discussing your medical issues with you, but she's ON THE PHONE TEXTING IN THE EXAM ROOM, needs to lose her license and her practice... for good!!! Dr Lawrence worries about getting her money, not caring for you!!! STAY FAR AWAY... YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!

The absolute worst staff I have ever attempted to deal with. I say attempted because you can NEVER get in touch with them. Have been waiting 3 months for my Humira. AFTER they denied because they said I didn't have a recent TB test. I had THOUGHT I was getting them every 3 months for the last 9 months...NO IDEA what bloodwork was being drawn. This entire practice is a NIGHTMARE. Dr. Lawrence is so sweet, but dealing with them is not worth it whatsoever.

Waiting time is horrible, 3 hours wait to see the Dr and she will only spend 15 to 20 minutes with you. She will not remember what tests were previously ordered and wants to do them again. Once you are there to discuss the test results, she wants to go over them on the next appointment. When you call the office, there is no response. I am still in pain, not getting any better and I still don't know what is wrong with me. I will be seeing a different doctor. I do NOT recommend this practice.

I have never been to a more disorganized medical practice. My first appointment was at 3 pm, I did not leave that office until 7:30 pm. When I went for my second the Doctor asks me why I'm there. After waiting 2 hours to see her I find out I drove all the way out there for her to tell me that they need to verify with my insurance in order to prescribe a medication and that it should take a week. Well that was almost 2 months ago. I have called the office multiple times with no response. I'm in constant pain with no help in site. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Dr Lawrence is very sweet and very knowledgable. Needing to get in touch wuth here is the most frustrated thing I have ever tried to go through. The staff either is over worked or not very good at multitasking. Phone system doesnt work, answering service has at least a 5 min wait time. No one calls you back. I dont know what I am going to do, but there needs to ba a change.

I have read many of these reviews. I think Dr. Lawrence is awesome. Every time I see hart she comes in with a smile and a hug. Yes, you do have to wait, but it's getting better and yes the Duluth office is small and older but if you have been to her new Lawrenceville office you will definitely see a big change! It is great!! Larger waiting area and there has been changes to the staff. Two of her nurses she had last year or up to a year an a half ago are no longer there. And I really like her new one's plus she had more. Also, in the past with my former doctor your minimum wait time was 4 hours, when I went there I always planned on a whole day!! I would not consider going any where else.
