I highly recommend Dr Turse. I have been seeing Dr. Turse for about 4 years. We moved here 6 years ago from Iowa where I always received excellent care. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr Turse. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She is extremely thorough. She puts extra effort to find ways to maintain my health and prevent future issues. I have been thrilled with the doctors she has referred me to. She is so kind and caring. She is always willing to spend extra time with me to answer any questions, always making sure I understand.

Dr Turse seems to be very adept in referring one to other doctors. She never seems to have an explanation as to what exactly is wrong. Therefore you end up leaving with having to set up more drs appointments with other specialists and an abundance of internet explanations of medical responses to your questions. Something not right about all that.

Dr. Sara Turse is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen, fully examine, review, question and then form a plan of care which she fully explains to the patient. You don’t find this very often anymore. So her being such a good doctor helped me “try” to overlook how bad her staff represents her. From the moment I first tried to book my initial appointment, the call was dropped 3 times then I was told they would call back to set the appointment. Now mind you there is a 4’x3’ advertisement board asking for new patients in the lobby, but it took a week for a call back. I am generally very polite and kind to people becauseI want that in return. While the receptionist was welcoming I cannot say that for the rest of the staff., who are generally very short to the point of being rude; they are being bothered and they let you know about it. My main problems lie where my health is concerned. I had an infection and needed the prescription the doctor wanted called in the day I saw her, it took the staff 4 days to do so. When I asked why I was told very sarcastically, “it always takes 3 or 4 days to call in a script”. Really? But even then I hadn’t given up on the doctor. It was 2 weeks later when I started to call the referrals she had sent out for me and I found out the staff “ hadn’t bothered to include my phone number” so these other doctors could get a hold of me that I knew I was done with Dr. Turse’s office. A doctor is only as good as their staff. What a shame!

Dr. Turse is possibly the best doctor I've ever had, and I'm in my 60s. She's takes the time to listen to the patient, which is so rare these days! I never felt rushed. She schedules her appointments so she can spend as much time with the patient as needed. She is thorough and I never felt rushed. When I left the office I always knew my concerns were addressed. If there was anything I forgot, or something that came up afterwards, I could even call her and she would answer the phone! She's awesome! I moved away from Melbourne and Dr. Turse is one person I wish I could have taken with me!

This is a one of a kind doctor! This doctor did what doctors dont do anymore and that was be a DOCTOR! This was the first time that not only was I educated on my issues but Dr. Sara took the time and addressed all my issues and didnt send me all over the world like most doctors. She treated me like a person and not an INS ID #! She took the time to listen and that doesnt happen often any more. There should be more out there as her! I will keep my care there as well as my family memebers.I would also tell anyone lookig or notnunderstanidng there issues, feeling rushed or uncared for to call this doctor. Another amazing fact she calls you back her self! Top notch!

I am extreamly thankful for Dr.Sara!!! Not only is she an amazing phyician she is the most compassionate human I have ever had as my general doctor. She was extreamly helpful,and for someone who had cervical cancer made the dreaded (pap test) tolerable and also educated me on the importance of my follow up exams. I must admit I never was compliant with the every 6 month pap test but after my visit with Dr. Sara Turse and the education I received I will never miss a 6 month check up again! SHE IS THE GREATEST!!!! Great Doc!
