I ruptured a disc in my lower back and my insurance referred me to my primary physician who referred me to a spine specialist who wanted to do back surgery, which entailed cutting my vertebrae and removing the disc and bolting two vertebrae with a metal bracket. Instead, I went to Dr. Jaime, who used spinal decompression therapy and got me walking again in a few months. He definitely saved my back.
