I am ever so thankful to have found Dr. Ruben! After agonizing visits to a prominent hospital's wound clinic for 3 months with no results, Dr. Ruben cured my would in 4 weeks(which is the exact timeline he gave me on my first visit for total healing)and I was as good as new. It was unbelievable. He is extremely knowledgeable, gets started on the treatment immediately, and explains everything very well. I am always very cautious in choosing a physician and I chose him because of his excellent reviews and was of course hesitant. Needless to say, I am so happy I took the risk. It was truly remarkable how fast I had healed after battling such agony going to a wound clinic. I would surely not post this if I was not extremely satisfied as I never give reviews! Also the office staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind. I was just so very pleased with everything.

Dr. Ruben is very knowledgeable and caring.My wound healed because of his care. He did an ultrasound on my legs and found the underlying problem. His staff is excellent,especially KITTY.

I suffered from a painful auto-immune skin condition for decades that was damaging to both my physical appearance and my self-confidence. I visited many specialists and took various medications, some with serious side effects, before visiting Dr. Ruben. I felt that I had tried everything before consulting with Dr. Ruben and his incredible staff. Within one visit, Dr. Ruben carefully listened to my comments, observed my symptoms, and recommended treatment.

Dr. Ruben and his staff are absolutely Top Notch. The care that I received from each person at Encompass was truly 2nd to None. Dr. Ruben went above and beyond to make sure that my wound was treated properly, including a procedure that he performed late in the afternoon on a Sunday! The attention that I received by each person at Encompass addressed my individual needs in a manner that was warm and encouraging. Encompass is a place where the care provided for the patients is only exceeded by how much the staff cares about the people they treat. Dr. Ruben is a Special Doctor, and Encompass is a one of a kind facility for wound care. I cannot recommend them enough!
