Dr. Arora and his staff at Hens Pain Center are excellent, caring, and willing to help alleviate your pain any way they can. This office goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you wherever they can. I've been given a massive run around with my insurance company about my medication coverage. Their office has worked hard with me to get through my insurance company. I highly recommend Dr. Arora and the Hens Pain Center to anyone with chronic pain. When you go in though, give yourself plenty of time, because wait time can be lengthy. But it is well worth it if you're suffering with pain. The doctor takes his time with you to help alleviate your pain. That's why appointments can get lengthy. He takes the time to listen to you and offer you treatment options that are right for you. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and has many treatments available to help the pain. He gives everyone the same respect and care and doesn't try to rush you in and out. Which is what makes for the extended wait times. But again I say it's well worth it.

Dr. Arora, the PA Lonnie, and the whole staff are excellent. The office truly cares about their patients and easing their pain. Before coming to Hens Pain Center I treated at the Brain & Spine Center. B&SC is a joke compared to Hens Pain Center and Dr. Arora. At B&SC they are extremely conservative and do not adequately treat pain. When I first treated at B&SC the very attractive PA, Sarah, prescribed me Tramadol - utter crap. After explaining this to her she wrote me hydrocodone 5/500 and this was not a monthy script... I was expected to make this last and when I ran out I had to call and plead my case for a refill. Utterly ridiculous that I was prescribed something so weak that it doesn't work unless you exceed your MDD and I was expected to make this last. Dr. Arora does not play these games- on my first appointment, after reviewing my MRI, file, and talking with me he wrote me scripts sufficient to keep my pain at bay and allowing me to live my life. Thank you Doctor!

Dr Arora and his staff are very caring, compassionate, friendly people. The Dr and his staff do anything they can to ease your pain. Appointments are sometimes lengthy, but when you see the care given you will see that it's well wworth your time. So when you go, give yourself plenty of extra time. I would highly recommend Dr Arora to anyone looking for a pain specialist.
