Dangerously inept. His smoking habit truly got in the way of administering complete and honest care

I must concur with the previous person's rating. I've been experiencing a living hell for over a year now where there is a great overlap between psychological issues complicated or caused by medical issues. It's a very frustrating process trying to figure out what is causing what. It's true so many Drs. just push pills on you and say see you next month. However, Dr. Zajfert listens to everything you say, takes into account comorbid conditions, and will work with you through the often frustrating process of finally finding something that works best for you. As no two patients are alike - he treats you as an individual and has genuine bedside manner. True he is a little young but because of that he seems to be more current on newer treatment methods and even confidently proposes bold treatment plans that other drs wouldn't even consider. Can't recommend Dr. Zajfert enough and this is coming from a self admitted difficult patient. I think other Drs would have given up on me long ago!

Excellent care with this Doctor. He has a great bed-side manner & takes the time to address all of your concerns. I have read horror stories about other doctors who just medicate you & rush you out the door but that is not the case with Dr. Zajfert, he really cares about his patients. He is young, but very knowledgeable and will make sure you feel at ease & address all of your issues. His Jersey City office isn't in the best area, but his West Orange office is in a convenient, safe neighborhood, literally one block from route 280. Wait times can be a little long, but that's to be expected since he spends quality time with his patients. Office staff are nice as well. One visit to his office will have you feeling much better and more relaxed. Highly recommended. 5 Stars!
