Terrible bed side manner! She doesn’t truly listen and makes you feel like you are a huge inconvenience and burden. Very dismissive and rude. She even decided to take out her aggression on my 87 year old Mom. We will never go back to her.

Extremely rude and late, stares weirdly at you for super long time. Has a huge attitude and ego, not friendly at all. Would never go back to her again.

Not friendly, doesn't take her time to treat your skin condition. Ineffective prescription. I already told her I've tried the medication and it doesn't work, but she still insist on trying. The weirdest part was her looking at me straight in the eyes for like 30 seconds while nodding continuously in silent. I've never gotten a weirder vibe from a doctor than this visit.

The worst bedside manner, she doesn't thoroughly listen to your concerns. She also interrupts your needs and makes you feel bad about any condition you go in for. She scolds you for your regimen and rushes you to finish. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I have had a serious skin condition for several years and have seen many different dermatologists. Dr. Madkan was the best dermatologist I have ever seen by far. She was very thorough and I could tell she put care and thought into the medications she prescribed. I have never been happier with a dermatologist.

I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. She was direct and to the point, but was able to do it with great bedside manner. She was cautious in her practice, but not cutting-happy either. I found her to be the best dermatologist I have every worked with. I definitely plan on returning.

First visit and a very good one. A very polite and knowledgeable dermatologist with a wonderful bedside manner. Very impressive background with residency at MD Anderson.
