EXCEPTIONAL PSYCHIATRIST (specializes in child & adworking with the Washington State legisolescent psychiatry). Excellent in terms of returning phone ca lls within 24 hours, is thorough, organized and responsible. Moreover, he is empathetic and is a tribute not only to his patients, but to his family as well as to his profession. He has been active in his profession on a local, state and national level. He has contributed to the Washington State legislature in terms of writing parenting laws as well as laws to ensure the well-being of children. It is a shame athat he is retiring in June of this year. He will be missed, but can retire in peace, knowing that he has served his patients and his community well.
