First, I was impressed that you offer a 6:30 appointment time. That is an awkward time for all but it fits patients. Thank you for noticing. Your pre-appointment contacts were clear and functional, although much of the information is duplicated the day of treatment. This may be by design, of course. Your facilities are excellent, cheery and open with good exterior light exposure. Even with a north exposure and lots of glass the office was comfortable. Your staff was excellent. Accommodating and knowledgeable. They knew their jobs and what I would most likely need and they made my first root canal a non-threatening experience. The procedure was perfect. You explained what you were doing and why and then you did it. You asked about my comfort several times and that was appreciated. You answered my questions with the level of information I needed to be comfortable. The rubber dam and bite block are great comfort tools, especially the bite block. Thank you for refitting the crown after the procedure and for checking on the questionable tooth on other side of my mouth. The post-procedure instructions were adequate and detailed enough. In summary, great experience! Thank you.

I was so scared of having a root canal, but Dr. Turman and his staff made me feel so confident in the procedure and him. He was kind and compassionate. His staff called to see if I was ok. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I have had to see Dr. Turman twice. He did a root canal and then two years later had to retreat and put a post in because the crown fell off. I was clearly in distress during the procedure because it felt like my throat was closing and I couldn't breath. He never addressed this or showed concern he just told me to hold still. He immediately left the room when the procedure was over, and I told his assistant what happened. She said when you are numb at the back of your mouth it may feel like you can't swallow. I told her they need to let people know that before they start the procedure. It was a terrible experience, and I refuse to go back there even though I am experiencing more trouble with the root canal that he did. Very unprofessional and apathetic.

Dr. Turman was very punctual and kind during the root canal operation. I wish he explained to me what he was doing more and gave me a time frame during the one and a half hour surgery.

After the root canal, the dental assistant took x-rays of my mouth. During this time, she moved around the dental dam and sodium hypochlorite spilled into the back of my throat. I immediately began coughing and sputtering. I thought I was about to vomit all over the room. I held back the puke because of embarrassment. The dental hygienist tried to tell me that I was coughing only because of the x-ray hitting a gag spot on my tongue, but I definitely can tell the difference between swallowing a poison and something bumping against the bottom of my mouth.

Dr Turman was great. Root canals are not that fun but his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was excited to be pain free. I would recommend Turman Endo.. to anyone. Thanks again

Dr. Turman retreated a tooth for a root canal. Following the procedure I made several calls to his office attempting to explain my pain. I only received one voivemail response telling to basically just deal with it. Two days later I was in such pain that I ended up at the walk-in clinic costing me additional money. I would NOT recommend Dr. Turman unless you enjoy pain or being treated without empathybor concern.

I was very nervous before my appointment. Once I got there the receptionist and assistant were very kind and helped me feel relaxed and safe. Dr. Turman took the time to explain the procedure to me and afterword showed me what he did. I was very appreciative for the time he took with me. I immediately felt better and have had no pain since. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do I would definitely go back.

i found the receptionist to be very friendly...however i was in extreme pain from a failed root canal, after he cleaned out infection and my face then started to swell and was in immense pain while still at office...they refused to address my pain while there... i found this to be very unprofessional...further the nurse talked to me like i had a learning disability as she had to point out to me where my brain and tooth were located... and had to say it verrrrryyyyy slllloooowwwwllllyyyy which was insulting... needless to say i have not slept from pain in two days after visit... and they refuse to give me proper pain relief... and were unwilling to refill the little pain medication i had so i could make it through the weekend...very unprofessional.. and borderline unethical to make me pay up front for a full treatment....and not receive a full treatment,... they were very non empathetic to my pain while i was there, they made me feel like an inconvenience to them after the procedure

Not impressed, Dr. Turman messed up a procedure and then wanted to charge additional visit/fees to fix what he caused. Got a second opinion from my regular dentist and he confirmed it was caused by Dr. Turman. Still had to pay some of the extra charges. Would not recommend.
