Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Vining has great bedside manor, very knowledgeable in explaining about the fracture, surgery, what he will accomplish in surgery, and prognosis after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Vining. I am very upset he left Raleigh ortho and it now at New Bern Hospital ER.
