Dr. Clark and his staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I've had in my life. That might be my only constructive criticism--to let patients know at time of booking to expect to be in the clinic longer than the usual 'in and out' eye exam :-)

I have not seen Dr. Clark in years, but am deeply grateful that he caught my retinas in time from
Detaching. He is very thorough and got my in promptly to the ophthalmologist. Because of him, I have vision!

He is a conniving lier , he doesn’t think about his patients, what he is putting them through, ,all he thinks about is money, manipulating, I think especially to women, telling you ,you should be buying his Omega3s, ,shows you a chart, after you stop ,and you decide to take from your pharmacy, how bad your eyes are now. Told me I had Glaucoma, says nothing more, I’m devastated, next year Sarah secretary calls me and says Dr Clark is calling all his Glaucoma , , pts,, He checks my eyes, makes NO comment about Glaucoma, I ask him and he avoids my concern, at the end of the eye exam, he says I’m going to take you to this machine ( which I had done last year) and charges me money for it, as last year was free. He tells me I have the start of Macular degeneration,, I’m in shock now. , I have been worried and telling people, I have this. My Dr, suggested I go to another optometrist, I did this year, and I have No Glaucoma, No macular-degeneration. ,,,,,,,, Go get a second opinion people !

Very happy with Dr. Clark. Was more thorough than anyone else I have seen in years and took his time with me. I had some concerns and he addressed each issue in detail and put me at ease. Good sense of humor. I think one of the staff could have been a little more straightforward about a sales issue but perhaps was my misunderstanding. Other staff was kind enough to apologize though. I will be back for sure.

I can't help but get the feeling that he's just doing business solely for the money. Pretty unhelpful and blatantly rude at times.

I’m sorry for your experience, please allow me to resolve the issues. The anonymity of this platform is unfortunate.

Staff were very welcoming, Dr. Clark was totally upfront and gave me as a patient, a good sense of confidence in his knowledge and experience. I will certainly go back!

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. It’s always my goal to help my patients with the best possible Vision care. Now tat our office is no longer in the mall, we may attract a different clientele.

Dr Clark has a poor "bedside manner" that can only be described as rude in the extreme. He advised cataract removal but told me too old for glasses. The specialist I went to said there was no cataract problem and that his report would be much more positive than Dr.Clark's.

Dr. Paul Clark's response
This does not sound like something I would say. Unfortunately your anonymity raises the question of validity. Maybe you were at a different Optometrist in the mall.
