I couldn't help but share my awesome experiences with Dr. Devi and her rockstar receptionist, Amanda. Dr. Devi has been our children's pediatrician for 5 years. She is super thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Her attention to detail gives me peace of mind. You can tell she genuinely cares for the kids. It's not just a job for her; it's a mission.
Dr. Devi the MVP (Most Valuable Pediatrician, obviously) is her kindness and patience. It's like having a doctor who's also your kid's personal cheerleader. She has this quick wit that catches you off guard. Her sense of humor is not only refreshing but also demonstrates an ability to balance the seriousness of her work with a warm and approachable demeanor.
Amanda, the receptionist, deserves equal praise for her lovely and friendly disposition. Her welcoming attitude creates a positive atmosphere from the moment we step into the office. Amanda's efficiency and friendliness contribute to the overall positive experience of visiting Dr. Devi's practice.

There are two doctors at here, but to me Dr Jenna is the best, because he listens to you to ask you problems and thinks before he comments you: Dr Devi is good, but OTT with her own advices and comments.
The staffs always answer phones and there is a lot of parking here. They help you a lot: good office and recomend.

Dr Devi is a good Paediatrician and has helped my daughter. The office staffs are also good and helping.
Dr Devi can seem to be off the cuff with her comments and advises, but is always helpful. Dr Jenna in the same office is different. He is very thoughtful and always truly listens first. He is a very good surgeon every one tells us, but he did not advise surgery for my husband which was good. A very good office and would highly recommend.

My child was suffering from anxiety that I wanted to do my due diligence as a parent and make sure it was not anything deeper. Our first meeting Dr. Devi met with us and was great with my child, she requested a full panel of tests and to return in 30 days. Upon our return Dr. Devi was so ill prepared that she was reading the test results as we were in the room with her. We were set up with a diet plan and a plan to help reduce anxious moments in my child's life and asked to again come back in 30 days. Upon this visit Dr. Devi again reading reports while we were in with her deduced that my son was ADHD and needed medication, please not in total all three of our visits did not even total one hour with her, I did not and still don't believe that is true. She wanted to start him on a prescription in which I declined , in search of a second opinion, only to find out she had forwarded it to my pharmacy to have filled out. Needless to say that was our last visit to her and my son still shows no signs of ADHD.

We had to have our team at Children’s Hospital send Dr. Devi proper A1C ranges for children as she had adult expectations for what blood sugar ranges should be in a young child . Limited knowledge at the time on children with type one diabetes on pumps . Very thorough in her exams, kind, and enjoyable to be around...we just stopped going as we felt Children’s Hospital was 100% specialized unlike a small town doctor .

One of the kindest and efficient Paediatricians I could have asked for two of my children. She has always been accessible and saved my little one's life. She is not only super knowledgable, but extremely helpful and I wish she always stays at Medicine Hat till my children grow up.

My children were referred to Dr. Devi by my family doctor. I was extremely happy with the thorough care and information she provided for me and my daughters today. I couldn't be happier. She spent a large amount of time with me going over medical results and discussing histories and solutions to the medical situations facing my children. She even did thorough examinations on both my girls today. In addition, she created follow ups and pre-made requisition forms to take to the lab. I was truly impressed with her thorough care and empathy. Thank you Dr. Devi.

Horrible doctor. Took my son to the ER who called Dr Devi as he had a referral to see her. She told the ER to send us home without seeing him. We Told her staff that my son was very ill and needed to be seen asap. Was told she was too busy. Finally took my son to ACH where we discovered he had a brain tumour. He was literally days away from death and had already had surgery before out appointment was scheduled with Devi. Then got a very nasty message on our answering machine about not showing up for an appointment when we were so desperate to get in. Would never recommend her. She had no right telling the hospital to send us away when she herself did not even look at my son.
