The staff was nice, the appointment was punctual. The doctor however was simply awful. The worst experience I've ever had at a physicians office. After looking at my primary worry, I asked her about a secondary concern she embarrassed and began to belittle me making suggestions that went beyond her purview. I was so demoralized i went home and cried because I was so shaken at her inappropriate comments.

Dr Biren is cold with a bad bedside manner. See someone who cares not her.

I have never encountered a practice with more irresponsible personnel. Very rude when checking in for an appointment and dismissive when you have a question. The doctor is only as good as her weakest link. Please find a doctor and staff
who will not just treat you as a billable 7 minutes!

Very rude!! Worst best side manner I've encountered. She doesn't like to answer any questions, has no patience and is very impersonable. Find another doctor!

I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment then waited another 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to finally be seen. The medical assistant was very friendly and helpful.Dr Biren rushed through my visit not allowing me to ask any questions. She left the room after seeing me for about 5 minutes without saying goodbye,in fact I didn't even know my visit with her was over until the medical assistant walked in.I had so many questions and did not even get the chance to ask any of them.I waited a month for this appointment to only spend 5 minutes with the doctor and leave with unanswered questions. I got nothing out of this visit.

Her assistant led me to the room and asked me questions. She left and I was alone for a long time. Dr. Biren finally came in and said that everything was normal. She didn't look at the lesions and she wouldn't examine me to see what I was talking about. She was busy, in a hurry and left. I would never refer someone to her and I've told people that planned to see her not to bother going.

I "saw" Dr. Biren a few weeks ago. My internist said my skin was sufficiently serious with my diabetes that I needed follow-up with a dermatologist. I picked Dr. Biren blindly. The office staff is very helpful. After waiting in the examining room for a while, Dr. Biren's assistant, a knowledgeable nurse practitional came in. She said Dr. Biren "is very busy today, so if you don't mind, I'm going to examine you." I said I wanted to see the doctor. After the NP examined me, she disappeared for a while and came back with whom I presume was Dr. Biren. The NP told Dr. Biren what you thought and Biren said she agreed. Then left. Obviously, Dr. Biren had more important things to do than see new patients such as myself. It's for certain that I will not be returning. Dr. Biren's arrogance is unbelievable!
