I had an appointment with Dr. Prescott for a cleaning. As soon as she looked at my teeth, she started making condescending remarks about the state of my teeth and how she can't believe how they look. I felt these comments were highgly unprofessional and degrading which is why I will never ever allow this dentist to treat me. Since she does not know the medical history of the patient (he/she could be suffering with depression), I would say that these kind of comments betray a profound lack of judgement and a lack of basic interpersonal skills as well as common courtesy.

Un très bon service de la part de dr Prescott. Elle prend le temps de bien expliquer, elle est douce et elle ne me fait jamais mal. Elle est super autant avec les adultes, les personnes âgées et les enfants. Je la recommande, surtout à ceux qui ont peur chez le dentiste.

I completely disagree ! I had my wisdom teeth pulled out by dr Prescott and she was took time answering all my questions, I was very nervous ! Didn't feel a thing during the procedure and she kept asking out I was and if everything was ok. It was fast and painless ! She made a not so fun experience great because she was smiling and comforting ! I'm now a regular patient for all treatments and I'm happy with her services there took ! I recommended her, oh and she's awesome with kids, took take of mine they can't wait to go back !

As soon as Dr. Prescott's started working on me she started singing along to the pop music - was that supposed to help her concentrate on her work? Then she inserted the freezing needle directly into my nerve! I felt an instant excruciating pain. When she assessed it later she told me the nerve was just damaged not completely cut in two. I have had a numb chin ever since. When I went back a week after the work she prescribed a steroid medication for the numbness. When I asked her what the side effects of the medication would be she said, "I don't know. This is just the medicine we prescribe. Ask your pharmacist for side effects." What's more, after she finished the fillings, she shaved a lot of my teeth down so that now my bite does not close properly. When I had her look at this again, she shaved more off and made it worse! I had a follow up appointment booked 2 months later and when I called the day before, the receptionist told me it's not in the system. No appointment. Terrible.
