Dr Thess went out of his way to resolve an issue the same day. I appreciated his ability to explain the issue without making you feel like you know less then him.

He fixed my blocked sinuses after 35 years I can breathe!! Thank you Dr. Thess! he performed partial turbinectomy, fixed deviated septum, opened up my narrow passages I suffered with horrible symptoms my whole adult life and never knew what it was like to breathe normally. He is a good doctor and knows his stuff! the reception and booking appointments is a bit of a hassle you dont really get to speak to a human just leave messages and they do call you back to book or whatever other than that they are just keeping it focused on what needs doing instead of answering every whining call that the general population would call in for so I'm ok with that as being in the service industry myself you do have to screen the pump calls. DR. Thess is the best!

I’m not sure of Dr Thess’ capability, as we have not seen him yet. But waiting with a sick kid for more than an hour in my van in the parking lot for an appointment is not really fun. If hospitals ran like a business they would have no returning customers. How difficult is it for staff to give people the dignity of letting them know there is a delay and the option of returning later, or rebooking.

Dr. Tess is a great doctor. Been very good to deal with for both of my boys. However reception is a bloody joke. Complications post op and cant even get in for 5 weeks. I mean what is that. so lets just continue feeding him medication and hope everything is good until then. Not sleeping at night already because he's 1 and so miserable because his ear hurts....but no he can wait 5 weeks with his bleeding, pus ear. The nurse are you sure his tube fell out...yes lady not my first rodeo. I have a picture of it and its in a bag I can even tell you why it fell out...crazy I know.

Dr. Thess is an excellent doctor he cares very much for his patients but very hard to get appointments his staff never answer the phones.
