I had a chance to visit with several orthodontists in my area and ended up going with Dr Mark. Nice guy! Staff is very nice and I was treated really well. Being an adult with braces is not easy by any means but he thinks it should be anymore than 12 months for results. I highly recommend this office not just for adults but for children that need braces.

I have known Dr. Mark Feinberg for more than 20 years and he is an amazing person and orthodontist. When I was a little girl he did my braces and now I have an incredible smile, I get compliments all the time. Dr. Feinberg’s staff was always so nice and made me feel great. All of my relatives have had their beautiful smiles “designed” by Dr. Feinberg and the fact that everyone in my family has gone to him over the years including 2nd generation children is due to the wonderful care and concern that he brings to his work. The technology that he has brought to his practice is a testimonial to how he has stayed up to date and in fact he is considered to be a leader in his profession. This I know from personal experience. I have lived in the Stratford community all my life and so many of my friends and acquaintances have been treated by him as well. There is a reason why he has such an amazing reputation –he is the best!

Feinberg's use of Sure Smile isn't as good as Sure Smile claims it is. Sure Smile isn't a forthright and honest company with the best interests of the patient being the most important interest. Sure Smile doesn't tell you on their web site that S.S.is only as precise as the orthodontist's skill set, knowledge, management of reactive forces, and calculations. If your ortho makes a mistake, then that mistake will be carried through Sure Smile wires, and you will be rigidly stuck on the wrong path, requiring repeat, new prescriptions, causing great delays, and treatment that is twice as long as conventional ortho! S.S. and your ortho also hide from your informed consent forms the fact that Sure Smile, and other ortho wires, contain metals known in the state of CA to cause cancer!!! This is hidden inside the wire cases, in English, but not in French or German to keep Europe in the dark!! Sure Smile also refuses to tell patients where mistakes occured to protect ortho at patients expense.

Dr. Feinberg missed key points with a 12 yr old, male patient, putting him through extreme treatment: his nose was swollen from allergic exposure, causing mouth breathing, a narrowed maxilla, and bone thining around teeth. Treat the allergies with an allergist, and the rest can improve on its own without extreme ortho. Poor kid had bicuspids and laterals extracted-laterals replaced with implants, which could cause health issues and bone loss around theimplants for life, especially considering his allergic predisposition. It would have been more conservative to expand his maxilla, save all upper teeth, refer to allergists and endocrinologists, and encourage him to chew to stimulate the mandible to grow into the expanded space. All teeth could have been saved for chewing. Extractions shrink his profile, causing more breathing issues, and neck strain. This case is available for orthos and allergists to view. Looks like he rushed the case, instead of taking time to save all teeth.
