I love dr Plante. He is amazing with my son and myself however one of the receptionists is so rude. She is unwilling to help you in any way, answers in yes or no answers , cuts you off while your talking and hangs up the phone on you. She really makes the practice look bad.

In my experience with Dr. Plante he has been nothing but arrogant, ignorant, and dismissive in the worst ways. When I went to him for mental health issues I was ignored and dismissed. When I went to him for a sudden onset of numbness and physical pain he told me to "wait it out". When I asked for an MRI, because I was concerned, he told me I would be wasting everyone's time. I wasn't wasting anyone's time. I was later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and it was advancing at a concerning rate. I would not recommend this person for any kind of medial care.

I was lucky enough to get in to Dr. Plante when I needed a new GP. He is the BEST doctor I have ever encountered in my life. He is friendly, caring, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and never rushes you. He’s been by my side through two children and mental health struggles. He always makes my questions and concerns feel validated and calls to check in when needed. I am so grateful to him and lucky my kids get to grow up with an amazing doctor on their side. I always feel comfortable and confident going to see him for anything. I wish more people in my life could experience what an amazing doctor he is!

I will say the recent change of nursing staff has been a bit of a disappointment. The one mature nurse there always makes awkward statements and barges into the room without ever knocking. Twice exposing me to the wait room and then trying to justify it. Other than her, the nurses are always kind and friendly. The front desk staff also doesn’t seem as great as it has been and making appointments over the phone seems to to be way more of a challenge.

Dr Plante has been our daily dr now for about 10yrs he is unbelievably patient really listens to what you have to say. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t push medication unlike most. Id highly recommend him he’s beside manners are incredible unlike most.
