Dr. Jones is a very good doctor to me. The medical industry is very overloaded maybe they should treat doctors better.

I’m genuinely surprised by Dr Jones’ score. I was expecting much lower.

Dr Jones has always been friendly over the years and is a pleasant doctor. However, in recent years my mental and physical health have taken a nosedive and the support I have received throughout it all has been horrible!

Dr Jones is not well equipped to deal with any patient suffering from mental health issues.

My last appointment with her was regarding my deep concerns over my mental health. The way she handled the call was unspeakable and put me in a very dark place.

If you value your mental health, please find another family doctor/general practitioner. I can’t even imagine what her patient suicide rates are :(

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for many years, I find her very easy to talk to. She answers any concerns I have and follows up on ongoing issues. She is knowledge and very resourceful, they are times where her office is busy but you just have to have patience and know they're doing their best.

Disgusting amount of negligence from you and your receptionists. Never did I have any issues with Dr.Jones until I actually started having serious health concerns. Then I was brushed to the side, talked out of my concerns, had symptoms not being documented by her for what reason exactly? I have to BEG for a referral to a specialist. And now that I’m pregnant I’ve been waiting 3 days since speaking with her for my blood work requisition. I’ve called the office this morning, they said she’d be in by 1:30 and will send it then. It’s 2:30..have I received it? Nope. So I call again only to be told she’s now GONE for the afternoon? This is absolutely absurd and your office will be the reason some people never get the help they need. You do not deserve to be a doctor and from what I’ve seen you don’t do it for the right reasons. You are not there for your patients, you disregard them. Make them feel like their health is an inconvenience to you. I’ve been feeling sick for 2 years and am yet to have ANYBODY try to actually diagnose me. I am beyond fed up and you will be hearing from me in the future. She will not be who I choose to deal with my pregnancy that’s for sure.

I am so grateful to another Doctor for sending me for tests confirming Stage 3 Ovarian cancer I had all the symptoms for months. Dr Jones just the week prior told me to try another gas relief medication minimizing the seriousness of my condition. Because it is so hard to find another GP I feel stuck. At least I have the support of a wonderful Oncologist

For the record, I am just as quick to complement as I am to complain. While I think that Dr. Jones is a lovely person, I am quite dissatisfied with my experiences over the years. She seems to work part time and is often on vacation! Many issues with office staff — not following up on medication renewal (and then blaming the pharmacy) is one example. Now waiting for a few weeks for test results. With the Patient Portal which was touted as a helpful addition to the practice, why is there not at least a note to say “everything is okay” OR “call to discuss”. All in all, not happy but since it is so difficult to find a local doctor, I feel I am stuck. At least she can refer me , if necessary, to a Specialist EVENTUALLY.

To start off, the staff never answers the phone. I need to call numerous times just to get through. When you arrive, expect to wait at least an hour. When you finally get called to go into a room, you're in and out within 2 minutes because she is rushing. If she is rushing me so much, how is she so behind?
Dr Jones takes more vacations than anyone could ever even imagine and when she is working, they're half days.
Yes she is a very nice lady, but does she know what she is talking about... no! Ive had to go to her for certain issues a number of times before she actually takes it serious and will help me with it. The first few times she will brush it off as if its nothing, until you have more health issues and your in more pain. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

If you have all the time in the world to wait for appts this is the doctor for you. I don't come in that often, but in all the years I have been seeing her I have NEVER been seen at my appt time. Anywhere 30-60 mins late every time. Somehow my time is not as important as hers. Having said all this I don't have a problem with her as a doctor and she has always been helpful and thorough, but if your time is important to you, this doctor is not for you. The support staff are disinterested, unfriendly and unhelpful for the most part. I don't think they like working here and it shows .

Dr. Jones is really nice, knowledgeable and friendly. She does commit her time when she is with you and will look into issues for you; however that is only a portion of being a Doctor. She does not have hours that are flexible or accommodating for people with jobs. Appointments need to be booked very far in advance and are most often during the day, with vert few late afternoon/evening appointments. No flexibility for last minute appointments when really ill, most often visit the walk in clinic. She is frequently running behind and there is generally a significant wait. The office staff are not helpful or friendly, often not returning phone calls and very irritable when seeking answers or clarification.
