My son is 3. We've been seeing Dr brasher from the beginning. We love him and the staff! We've never had any problems! We won't go anywhere else.

My son has been to Dr. Brasher several times. He is 7 now. We were there yesterday and we WON'T b going again. I have to take off work and drive 1 1/2 hours to get there only to have to argue with a nurse every single time so that I can go to the back with my son. I even made sure that I made it clear the visit before that my son would NOT be going to the back without me. They typed it in the system and put it in his chart. And when the nurse started arguing with me yesterday, I was done.

No good really need to come up with a better plan on letting the child be with their parents

My 3yo son needed silver crowns and when they said they ( Dr R. Brasher and staff) could not hold him down and wanted to take him to the hospital to sedate him and get all of the work done at one time I was reluctant but agreed however the next available dat wasn't until 6 weeks later and my son was in serious pain and not eating. I told them this and pleaded for them to help me find a solution and their response was "just put him on a soft diet. No hot or cold foods" and that really upset me. Really, for 6 weeks?! I left feeling hopeless. When I asked my son what happened when he was back there he said "That man put his big hand in my mouth and hurt me. " Oh and another thing as if that was not enough, the same day after we left the doctors office I looked into my son's mouth and saw what I later found out was an abscess on his gumb where the affected tooth was. I am still trying to figure out how they were able to put local anesthesia in that area and they did not see this abscess.

I will never ever ever take my child back to this place!!!! He just turned three and they wouldn't let me go back with him. The only excuse they said they could give me was only kids allowed. Then they wouldn't let me check on my son when I heard a child screaming. When my son came back out he was crying with a blotchy face and snot running down his mouth and chin. He was yelling telling the doctor to go away that she held him down (his arms were rashy looking) and then she had promised him a "prize" but since he cried she refused to give him one but handed them out to all the other kids in front of him! I'm beyond livid! This was our first visit to this place how can they deny a parent access to their own child?

My 17 year old son returned to this doctor with a toothache on a tooth that this dentist had previously worked on...he was not treated that day. He was prescribed liquid childrens antibiotics and re-scheduled to a different clinic because Dr.Brasher did not want to clean up the mess he had made in my sons mouth. My son is still in serious pain and his mouth is continuing to swell because the weak antibiotics that were prescribed are not working...i feel that dr brasher is herding in these medicaid patients and doing poor work on them because it is all about the money with him..i am very unhappy with his unprofessionalism and i would not recommend anyone to take their dog to him to have their teeth worked on
