This clinic has the best doctors and nurses. They are super helpful and are super kind too.

We've had extremely unfortunate experiences on multiple occasions with this clinic and dr Al Bakkal. Administrative and nursing staff are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and inattentive. Communication is poor and manner of a handful of staff is shocking, especially in a pediatric care setting. Also, we had the worst experience with Dr. Al Bakkal. For every appointment, she would just come in the room for 3 minutes, rush things and leave us, not checking our baby properly, not advising anything. We had to pretty much be our own doctor. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic.

She is the best doctor I have met, I never wait long, easy to reach her or her nurse manal who is very caring to patient's needs. Most of my kids medical problems resolves over the phone. She's very knowledgeable. On top, last time i had to go to kids come first clinic during the weekend and I was lucky to see her there and examine my baby. My other daughter has anxiety, and she provided us with resources that was very helpful.

Very down to earth doctor and Manal is amazing!! They are Always helpful with great resources.

She's always been great with our 3 kids with a nice practical solution for whatever we come in with. Usually very punctual and it's rarely a problem to get in with her or one of the other Drs in the clinic if there's something urgent

Dr albakkal is very knowledgeable in her speciality , always had understanding to my children issues ans very compassionate with their needs and challenges . She had provided a great deal of support and went above and beyond her line of duty to help.

Because of the pandemic I prefer not to take my kid in person to the clinic. Even with this kind of service over the phone Dr. Albakkal was able to figure out my kid’s medical problem and did follow up making sure that medication is working. She is amazing!!! Always available and ready to answer my question.

Based on my experience Dr. Al-Bakkal is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, her time is dedicated to her patients, she gives her time to know every single details about my son. The most important thing that she follows up if there is any serious matter and reachable for any urgent cases. Me and even my son loves her.

Dr. Albakkal is the best especially with the situation of COVID19, she kept in addressing my kid's behavioural problem through communicating on the phone and adjust his medication. She is rich with knowledge and resources, have answers to all my questions.
