Dr. Snyder is the best doctor I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone needing a doctor.

I came in because I had a broken ankle. The doctor’s appointment went well, and I went over to get an xray. That day they called me and told me my ankle was broken and that I would be getting a call from a specialist soon. I waited a week, never got a call, so I called around trying to figure out what happened. After many calls and a lot of waiting (all while walking around on crutches) I found out that they LOST my referral. Then when I finally got to talk to the specialist after they sent my referral over AGAIN they said my ankle was not broke. (I'm guessing they really lost my referral and sent over the wrong one) Anyway, I never went back because apparently it wasn't broke even though it's been three months later, I still feel pain. Today I get a notice from them saying my insurance claim was DENIED!!! To top it all off they put in the wrong address that wasn't anywhere to be found on my insurance card and the wrong plan number. So now I'm trying to get that mess straightened out.

Dr Synder is GREAT!!!!! Never in a hurry, Always understanding, here staff ROCKS!!!!!!!! Shes the best doctor i have ever had!!!!!!!

Dr Snyder is very patient with someone who has no experience with Dr. She explains things in plain English. Her compassion is exceeded only by her knowledge. I am a 50 yr. old male with a chronic health condition. I hope Dr. Snyder is my doc for the rest of my existence. Peace!
