Dr. Gradstein is the worst doctor. She overlooked my cancer diagnosis. She finally went back months later and realized her mistake. I quickly deteriorated. If I knew sooner I could have started treatment earlier and improved my prognosis. I don’t have the time or energy to report her but everyone should beware. A lot of these reviews say the same thing. Please don’t trust her. It’s not worth it.

The worst doctor's appointment I have ever had. She was rude, didn't introduce herself, and (even though I haven't seen a doctor in almost a year) insinuated that I was not only drug seeking, but that she couldn't give me any pain meds and only a couple of muscle relaxers due to the belief that I would "sell them on the school yard". She insisted that the pain was from my mental health issues and wanted to know what I do when I am in crisis - which I'm not - and that I need to focus on mindfulness. I am so grateful that this is not my family doctor and will NEVER see this woman again. I would rather wait hours in emergency than ever be seen by her again.

Don’t walk…RUN from this doctor. The most rude and condescending doctor I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve seen many over my years). She has a God complex and hates to be questioned. I’ve never felt so let down and abused by a medical ‘professional’ before. I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone, if one can help it.

Dr. Gradstein was my doctor throughout my pregnancy. My first pregnancy and during a pandemic led to a lot of challenges. Dr. Gradstein had no empathy towards me and talked over me while voicing my concerns. She was condescending and shut down any legitimate questions I had. She did not support me and my concerns during the height of covid and created so many barriers for me trying to take time off work to protect myself and my child. I requested a referral to meternal mental health which she challenged me on, then agreed to, then never followed through with. Good thing I was able to self manage. Thankfully she wasn't working when I went into labour and I didn't have to deal with her in the delivery room.

She was our family doctor for over 10 years. Unsure as to why, but she dropped many, if not all, her patients and moved her practice. She now is taking on new patients? She was lovely and knowledgeable when we first started seeing her as a new doctor. As the years went on, she became more and more jaded and judgemental. We are happy to be seeing a new doctor 😀 .

This ‘doctor’ has abused me emotionally. I was assigned her as my family doctor after mine had retired. I have been chronically ill for over 35 years and on a health regimen put together by pain specialists and others. Have been on the same meds and have been stable for years…until
Her. She wouldn’t write my pain medications even though she told the pain specialist she would. She has yelled at me. Refused my diabetic meds (she didn’t even know I was a diabetic. She didn’t read my chart at all… said she could ‘read my chart all day or treat patients…. I choose to treat patients). She hasn’t checked my A1C for over 7 months) She accused me of being addicted even though I have been on the same meds for years and never have gone up in strength. I told her it was BS ask my specialist who know me. She said she wasn’t my specialist and wasn’t writing anything she didn’t want to. She yelled at me and told me I was getting nothing for swearing at her. I didn’t know BS was so offensive. She’s allowed to yell, walk out, threaten and accuse you of awful things.. I asked her to read my chart. There was NO reason to take me off meds I’ve been on for 35 years that have allowed me to function. She cut me off cold turkey. Dangerous and unethical. My specialist has to write my pain meds. He told me never to go back to her. She is a cruel and vindictive doctor. She has been at the practice for less than a year. I have been there for 28 years and have never had a problem with any doctor and I’ve had over a hundred easily…..and yet, I’m the one who has to leave and now have no doctor for very complicated health issues. There is so much more, thank goodness I have witnesses and that she wrote a nasty note on my file that exposed her lies. Please find yourself another doctor. If you annoy her or question her, you are going to be abused. I have serious trauma from her and why? I was stable and now I am traumatized. I’m not exaggerating. I did nothing different except be assigned her. She shouldn’t be practicing medicine. Be warned.

I am a new patient of hers and she has taken the time to review all my medications and provide really helpful information about them. I didn't want to have my doctor retire, but this does happen. Difficult to get through on the phone and always have to wait to get an appointment.
