Now that Ontario doctors can charge for a "no show" fee, I missed two appointments and had to pay the fees - no big deal. Six months after missing the last appointment I received a call from a lady in her office who started into me like a collection agency so naturally I retaliated. A few days later without any further communication from Lubbad herself I received a registered letter stating she will no longer continue as my health care provider; in other words fired me! Her knowledge as a doctor is adequate it seems, but she does a poor job at managing staff and running her practice. This is not to mention I was to be referred to a couple of specialists months ago, but again she and her staff dropped the ball on it.

When her practice first opened it was great, now I find she rushes you , leave messages and no return call.

She is the best doctor ever had. Helpful, fast answers and appointments from a specialist. I can call her whenever I need and she can solve my problem. You can trust her whenever you need.

Young Child was having heart pain, mentioned it over several appointments. Dr. Lubbad said it was just stress and not to over react and just do yoga. 18 months later came open heart surgery for a serious heart condition.

Dr Lubbad is an excellent doctor. She took more time with my than I have ever experienced. She is very conscientious and caring. Have never had a bad experience with her and neither has my daughter. Excellent physician.

Every reading some negative comments, I had to chime in. Dr Lubbad is the best Doctor! I have my whole family going here, my wife and my three children. Not only she’s great with my children but she’s thorough and patient. I’m a cancer survivor and I have met multiple doctors in my life and she is by far my favourite Doctor. Highly recommended!

Don't believe the negative remarks. Dr. Lubbad is a kind and very caring Dr. Extremely responsive to return your phone call. Very knowledgeable in her chosen profession.

The worst dr.I ever encounter in Ontario. I had appointment on Saturday, August 20, 2021 at 2pm, I arrived at 1:45pm, a nurse took my blood pressure and then she put me in a tiny room to wait for Dr.Nibal. I waited for 1 hour and 5 minutes. She came, I asked if I will have to wait that much next appointment. She told me, if I don't like like it, find an other doctor, she will not accept me as a new patient. If these are the manners they learn in school, we, as patients are in trouble. She had an attitude and was very rude. Do not go to this doctor, you will waste precious time of your life. Hes license should be revoked.

I told her i have depression, asked me if I'm a practicing muslim and recommended i pray and read Quran because medication is not the answer.. i have history of severe post partum depression and anxiety!
