Dr. Heinrichs was my Dentist for approx 20 years until I moved from Port Moody to Vancouver Island. A true pro. He is old school in the best sense of the saying.
Conservative, decent and his many years of experience are evident. On one occasion I was in desperate need of a Root Canal but had an urgent scheduled trip to the Middle East. I was not able to take pain killers. Recognizing my discomfort he altered his schedule to attend to me immediately on my return to Port Moody. A good Dentist and a good man. I will always be grateful to DR. Heinrichs.

Best dentist I've ever had. I didn't even know when he removed a wisdom tooth like another post stated, how awesome is that? He is extremely skilled, no procedure has ever been the slightest bit uncomfortable, he offers conservative approaches instead of going all overboard and that is so much appreciated. Staff are super friendly and helpful and have frequently gotten me in the door on short notice for emergencies. I think the negative posts here are all from the same p-d off person because they all sound alike. Dr. Stan has patients that come from all over after they've moved away and I'm one of them, I drive 3 hours round trip to see him and there's a reason!

I've been going to Dr. Heinrichs for a few years now and each and every visit is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and informative with any issues I've had dealt with. I had a wisdom tooth extracted last year and before I knew it he had it out and I didn't feel a thing. I feel like some of these negative reviews seem exaggerated, I highly recommend coming here.

Very friendly office where I am treated like family. Reception staff is friendly and greet you with a smile, very helpful. Assistants and Hygienists are friendly and have a gentile touch. Dr Heinrichs is a bit quiet, but I like his conservation approach. I recommend to all my family and friends.

This is my favourite dental office. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They always remember little personal details about their patients. I was very phobic and they have helped me conquer my fears. I highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

I love Dr Heinrichs and his staff. They are all very friendly. One of the few dental offices I have been in that consistently are on time. They all go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and well informed. I highly recommend.

Great staff, Doctor H is very knowledgeable and explains care options fully. I have had some major dental issues in my recent years and Dr H has been excellent in getting me better. He has modern digital equipment for photos, x-rays etc. I am a little stunned to read some of the negative comments here. I have not had any negative experiences in over 14 years of being a client/patient.

Unhygienic, incompetent, non communicative and a danger to my health! First he stuck a needle into my lip which had lipstick on it and pulled it out. Then, without even cleaning the needle or changing it, he injected the freezing into my mouth!! If that wasn't bad enough, his filling broke off and then he decided he must do a root canal, my only one Ever, which also broke in a short time. Finally, I had to get a very expensive and painful implant by a specialist after cancelling by Caribbean vacation because of this completely incompetent doc who should have his license suspended! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON DR.HEINRICHS ... you will also end up with dental anxiety and/or missing teeth if you do!

Absolutely not worth seeing. Incompetent. Does not deal well with patients who have health issues. Refuses to help them. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

Dr Heinrichs is an excellent dentist. I love his conservative approach. He is respectful and caring, always runs on time and has all of the up to date magazines for patients to read. His staff is amazing. Very friendly, and there to greet us with a smile. They always remember the little details (pet names, that we were going on vacation, family members, etc...) and ask about them at our appointments. Makes me feel special and like I'm part of their family. Simply the Best!
