Dr. Abu Dieh is exceptional. His receptionist Diana on the other hand. I don't understand how someone can constantly be rude, angy, look like they hate their own life. I don't know about other patients, but she always talks down to me. I miss Dr. Abu-Dieh's previous receptionist. She had the most kind heart and was respectful and courteous.

Dr. Abu Dieh is fine - it's the Receptionist "D" who is a rude, short-tempered woman. I went in this week to get my allergy shot and she spoke to me like I was an idiot ( in front of staff and patients) telling me I had to be there before noon as the clinic closed then. Nowhere is this posted or communicated. Even if it was, no need to be like that with me.

I have been with Dr A since he moved to our small town, & followed him when he moved to the city. He is very knowledgeable & patient, takes the time to chat & find out your concerns, then deals with them in a professional manner. A nicer Dr you’ll never find!

Horrible doctor, and his receptionist are rude.
He prescribed me medication and he wrote the wrong date on it, i had to go back to the office to have him correct his own mistake, the receptionist were rude to me and asked me he couldn't do it that day, that i had to take an apt.
when i try to take one, he couldn't seen me until after 3 weeks saying it was not an emergency.
I had to start over and went to a walking clinic the next day, waited 2 hours to get the same medication prescription

The reception staff is abysmal, said they are accepting new patients, dropped in our papers and waited for an appointment for 3 months. Two days before appointment office called and wanted to postpone our appointment to December, citing inconsistent excuses. She said that our case was not a priority at the moment, despite not knowing anything about it and not even reading the application form, since they have to accommodate other patients.

I asked her to find a sooner alternative since we have a child with high blood pressure whose medication wasn’t controlling it very well and needed to see a dr and that we have patiently waited for three months. She then called the day after saying that we are dismissed and they are no longer accepting patients. (Such a sudden turn of events)

After reading these reviews I’m very glad we were rejected by this clinic, because I wouldn’t want to experience awful experiences and neglect of the former patients of this dr.

Just wish I spent the three months I waited searching for other doctors instead of wasting my time waiting for this.

Our daughter has a rash. An in-person appointment was made to assess the situation. The morning of the appointment we were called and asked to change it to a telephone appointment. We asked how you would assess the rash by phone with no video or pictures. The doctor would not meet for the scheduled in-person. My wife went to CHEO and is now in a 4 hour wait. I went to the office to ensure the doctor was present. I spoke to patients leaving and he was in attendance. So why was our appointment changed to a telephone appointment? How does a doctor assess a patience, especially with a skin condition by phone. At least get into the 2020, request photos or a video call!!!
