I had a great experience. The office waiting room was modern, so were the treatment rooms. I saw the work he did when I followed up with my own dentist for crown. The root canals workmanship was so much cleaner than the previous dentist 30yrs ago.

The clinic building is very old and dirty. He is more expensive than any other root canal specialist. I had many problems with his work and ended up by removing the tooth shorly

Very bad experience with Dr. Thompson twice. The first time I thought I am not lucky and all his root canal work was a mess. But after the second time, I realized that he is not honest. He should not have done my root canal as the tooth could not be saved and any dentist would have figured out that before his procedure. I was fully charged the cost of the root canal and then I had to remove the tooth a few months later. I showed the X rays to more than one dentist. They all agreed that that tooth cannot be saved. I saw that in his eyes after the procedure. I felt something is going on and later one I found out that dishonest behaviour

I saw Dr Thompson for a tooth problem. He did the root canal and got infected again after a month. I am not happy.
