What a rude, argumentative Dr!! She is disrespectful and is not very knowledgeable. She must hate her job or need to retire.

I end up quite down (even in tears !) and exasperated dealing with this Dr. She does not respect what I already know about my own body, health and considerable medical history. She would rather argue, using up limited and valuable consultation time, at times obviously trying to overpower me and interupt me. I am scared of what could happen if I develop even more serious health problems. In my own professional work, I would be disciplined if I treated people like this or would suffer the repercussions.

Whether it be an in-person visit or a telephone consultation Dr. Story is a barrier to healthcare. In addition, her rudeness makes her conduct completely unprofessional. She shows a lack of empathy for her patients that I have not seen anywhere else. I speak from my own experience as well as that of family members and friends who were all being seen by another great doctor who retired and have since had terrible experiences with Carol Story. She should retire as it seems to me she hates her job. I consider myself very fortunate to have found another family doctor who is the antithesis of her.

Dr. Story, as mentioned many times by others, does not seem knowledgeable. For instance, she had no knowledge of acute glaucoma. She has often had no memory of previous problems I have had (even when I had attended her for them). I am now searching for another family doctor,

I have been a patient of this doctor and find her approach very professional and helpful. I also have the staff extremely helpful especially given the pressures they are under. I would highly recommend .

Dr. Story became by doctor after mine retired. She does not ask many questions and finishes each visit in as few minutes as possible. She would rather treat an issue with a bandaid rather than digging deep and making accurate decisions or referrals

Dr. Story is a knowledgeable, succinct and professional. There is one receptionist that is incredibly rude and always has to be correct. She is passive aggressive and has a condescending tone. She has low social EQ and can easily pull a nerve on people. I try to talk to the other receptionists first as they are so friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Story for over 20 years. She is an excellent doctor, compassionate, kind and caring. The office staff are efficient and some are very friendly.
