My children and I have been with Dr. Skidmore for years, and I was so grateful to have found such an honest, competent, and empathetic doctor. She is wonderful with my kids, and her staff is also fantastic. There was a turn over in front desk staff a few years ago, and now reception is consistent, accommodating, always kind, and never rude. Dr Skidmore always calls after the appointments to check on myself or the kids. We have always been very happy with her and her care.

Excellent dentist, I have received many compliments about her work from other dentist I have visited. Extremely well run office with great administrative staff. Probably the best dentist office in Kelowna in my opinion

I love this office! I just got back from my cleaning appointment and I was extremely happy with the friendliness of the dentist and her staff. Dr. Skidmore was very thorough going through my check up with me. She also gave me great detail on why I needed my cavities filled. I am looking forward to my next check up and cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who Is looking for a knowledgable, friendly and professional dental office.

Our family just moved into Kelowna and love that we found such a gentle caring dentist. Her staff is exceptional with kids and having them relax in the chair. Always lots of laughs when we go to the dentist they really treat everyone like family. I would highly recommend her!!!!!

Dr is often overbooked. You may get brought into examination room on time but will likely have to wait for treatment. Dr is pushy at times and often seems rushed but is generally personable. She will refer you to specialists when she sees necessary. Appears to be high staff turnover here. Front office staff are unknowledgeable and sometimes rude... at least recently. Time for me to move on, I think.

I have had nothing but bad experience with Dr. Skidmore, she tried every trick in the book in order to get the most money out of me. She and her staff tried to trick me into getting a crown done on a tooth i had already told her not to touch, I was then guilted into getting other fillings done i had no intention or money to perform. She refused to replace the temporary filling she put in place therefore leaving me to pay for it after my insurance ran out. While i am no dentist I have had no problem understanding what was being explained to me. Her and her staff seem to purposefully try to confuse you.

After many years of subpar-dental work it has been a relief to find Dr. Skidmore. She and her dental staff have been super professional while having a gentle touch, and that is exceptional given the previous work done here and at the coast . I have some issues pertaining to other problems yet it has never been an issue as all the details were discussed pre- dental work. I am so happy with the kind and patient receptionists who send me info within hours, not weeks, if at all like some of the "top rated " dentists who took my thousands of dollars, yet failed to bother and call for a follow up! I have had exceptional service and happily recommend her to you.

Dr. Skidmore herself is a very kind lady. Unfortunately her front receptionists are very rude. They offer no help with any questions and will try to hurry up a phone call as much as possible. They make you feel like you are a bother to them at all times. I will be finding a new dentist due to the fact it is so hard to get into this one because of the receoptionists, as well as the hours of operation.
