Dr. Dionne and the entire staff of Tower Endodontics were skilled, knowledgeable and caring professionals. The root channel procedure I had required two visits. Their home care instructions to promote healing were clear with no complications at all. It was the first time I had any dental procedure that I did not experience any pain at all, not even with the first injection of freezing!

Dr. Dionne is a master at communicating with his patients. He makes absolutely certain that patients understand what is going to be done and why. His team members are the same. I have had to utilize them several times this last year and every experience I have had has been outstanding.

The best Endodontist in the city! I have had to see Dr Dionne many times over the years and I find him to be very honest , treating if possible and sparing you if he doesn’t think treatment will work. I came to see Dr. Dionne because I had a root canal done not my him but a regular dentist as my dentist was away on vacation. After having the root canal done I was experiencing still a lot of pain. I had only become familiar with Endodontists after doing research and my sister telling me that I should have had my root canal done by an Endodontist. Dr. Dionne is kind, professional and has a great sense of humor. He took x-rays and reassured me that the root canal was done well. I was thoroughly impressed not only with Dr. Dionne , but the aesthetically pleasing look of his office and equipment. From the receptionist to the x-ray technicians they were warm, kind and personable. If I ever have the unfortunate experience of needing another root canal I will definitely have it done by Dr. Dionne.
