Shirley is a fantastic office manager! The front end staff could be a lot more professional and friendly (as it used to be). Dr. Verster is a gem. He's knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. So glad he's our family Doctor.

Shirley is amazing , wish all girls could be as kind. Dr.Verster is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and has always made myself and my daughter comfortable and at ease.

I was looking forward to having this knowledgeable and friendly person be my doctor .But after about not quite two months I pulled the plug because of his wife on the desk .
Rude , condescending and attitude .
Tells you one thing and does another over and over . I travelled some distance each time disabled and requiring assistance but felt it very worthwhile because of the doctor.
But you can only be ridiculed so many times in front of her office of regulars that she performs to while ridiculing you condescendingly.
If you can avoid somehow her behavior and attitude you will end up with a great doctor
