Dr. Servat is hands down the best eye Surgeon.. My eyelids had been heavy for years and my eyesight was getting worse.. Dr. Servat did my eyelift surgery March 11th.. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Servat came in and talked with me before going back and made me feel so comfortable.. Dr. Servat has the best bedside manner and takes his time with you to answer any questions you have and he goes in detail what you should expect after the surgery.. His Staff there at his office also is extremely nice and the Nurses are so sweet and make you feel comfortable.. Dr. Servat did an amazing job and I had no pain at all with very little swelling.. My eyesight went from wearing reading glasses from a level 2.50 down to 1.50.. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go to anyone else.. I highly recommend Dr. Juan Javier Servat.. I was referred to Dr. Servat by Dr. Hughes at an Newnan Skin Care Specialist in Newnan, GA. Dr. Hughes said if he had a family member we would send them to Dr. Servat. Dr. Servat was excellent in every way. Fixed me up and communication was great. Keep up the good work Dr. Servat!

Dr. Jervat and his staff are so helpful and personable. He removed several cysts from my eyes with very little discomfort. I was amazed at how quickly I healed. I highly recommend him. It does take awhile to get an appointment, so schedule as soon as possible.

Had a great experience with Dr. Servat! I'd had an injury to my eyelid from a bad car accident and iffy suturing job and in their defense they were busy keeping me alive and not worrying about my eyelid. It was causing me a lot of problems. Dr. Servat was super knowledgeable on my first visit, explained what needed to happen, etc. He did the repair and I have an eyelid back that looks like it used to!

I traveled 1.5 hours to meet Dr Servat about my bilateral ptosis repair - again for the surgery - again for the postop. Totally worth it and time well spent. He is a professional perfectionist! His staff are a perfect complement to this dynamic team. Every step was well explained and there were only good surprises. Appointments were timely and attentive. Final results were beautiful - better than expected!

I was referred to Dr Servat by my dermatologist in another city. I was apprehensive about traveling 60 miles to have my skin cancer on my eyelid removed. Well worth the extra miles!! The staff is wonderful, office is easy to find, and Dr Servat is my hero. I have always had an issue with anesthesia and was extremely worried. They eased my fears and the surgery went perfectly and healed quickly! Great Dr and staff.

I am a super perfectionist and consulted four surgeons in two states before buying the first prom dress I tried on five minutes from my house, Dr. Juan Javier Servat. When a surgeon in Los Angeles recognized his surname (his father innovated a skin-pinch technique still in use today), I knew I had my surgeon. He met with me twice free of charge to discuss my concerns. Later at the surgery, he asked, "Are you the one who went all the way to California for an opinion?" He also warned me I was an unusual case. Indeed my tear trough deformity is more than a lower blepharoplasty could repair without fat grafts, a procedure Servat no longer does, so I may pull that trigger elsewhere later on.
Afterward I was terrified by the new feel of my upper eyelids. Let them heal! said my partner, and I say the same to you. Everything will feel and look subtly different in a year. Admittedly my left upper eyelid still flutters a little when closed, but I can't know why: the surgeon or my anatomy. Asymmetrical results may derive from underlying asymmetry the surgeon corrects for and inadvertently reveals: one of my eyebrows sits lower, so that lid looks narrower as a result, and only a brow raise could change that. One side of my face protrudes subtly farther, so that bag looks bigger from the front. You can trust Dr. Servat to weigh out all these variables and produce beautiful (if necessarily unknowable) results. Good luck!

I would highly recommend Dr. Servat. He was very good at explaining the procedures and what to expect post surgery. I am extremely pleased with my upper eyelids and tear duct surgeries. Also excellent office staff, especially Lisa. Love my "new eyes". Thank you Dr. Servat.

Dr. Servat is great! He did such a great job repairing my lower eye lid. I had basal cell carcinoma. He is very professional. I will not use any other physician. He is the best. Cathy Silvers
