Awful doctor!!...... misdiagnosed me.

You will be hard-pressed to find a better doctor then dr. Friedman. You might find one that's faster but you won't find one as caring and as connected to other good Drs. The staff can be more friendly I suppose but remember that's a tough gig. The key to remember when going to any doctor is will I get help, good help? The answer is always yes here.

This Dr. is away A LOT, so making appointments very difficult with a long wait time. Some staff are impatient and curt, both in person and on the phone. When dealing with a back-up Dr. very iffy - sometimes good, other times wished I went to a walk-in clinic.

Absolutely one of the best family medicine doctors in Toronto. Thorough, pleasant, helpful and decent. My life would be much less without her.

I've been with her for 10+ years and honestly she's unprofessional and never follows up. Once I went to go on birth control when I was in my early twenties & somehow she talked me out of it and I left empty handed ! Another time as soon as I walked in and began to say why I was there she slumped her head down on her desk and sighed, no joke. She apologized, but come on! Last time she totally forgot about me and called for a woman who had just walked in, then upon seeing me in her peripheral kind of grimaced & impatiently took me in. This was the first time I'd been in years and hopefully the last.

I have had a generally very positive experience with Dr Friedman's practice. My only slight concern is that they rely on the after-hours clinic to cover their practice during vacations. For example, Dr F is on vacation for some time this summer, and her colleages Dr Fraser is covering her patients, but Dr Fraser is also on vacation so no appointments can be made until she is back. Otehr than this, a very good practice.

I love Dr Freidman. I have been seeing her for years. She is very down to earth and humane in a way that I find most doctors cold and clinical by comparison. She's wonderful.

Friendly enough but no follow up and very slow to pick up on things. Not that available; away a lot.
