Dr. Kayani is a wonderful doctor who cared for my family while in residency in Upstate NY. We miss his compassion for our entire young family. Dr. Kayani was our doctor when one of our six children were born. He was one of the most thoughtful and compassionate people we ever met. In fact I came across this page after googling his name to get back in touch. There is an old saying that if someone gets what they think is bad service they tell everyone/when they get good service they tell no one. This Doctor is new to Las Vegas and has no compassion or care for patients, then complained and tried to have me banished from his office because I told the practice manager that I thought he SUCKED!!! Offering tylenol with no muscle relaxants or anti inflamitories for a bulging disk, sprained neck (whiplash) and multiple injuries is simply unacceptable. Spare yourself the WASTE OF TIME and just go by the pharmacy and buy tylenol.
