Wayne is fantastic --knowledgeable, thorough and extremely likeable. Treats our whole family; couldn't find a better optometrist, or more compassionate individual. Great guy.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Klettke for over 20 years. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He is also very nice and does an excellent job. I have purchased glasses there with the help of the optician, and she was very helpful. I am so nearsighted that I can't really see if glasses are flattering on me or not, so I had to rely on her advice and it was spot on! I have never had a problem with glasses I have purchased there, other than minor things (e.g. screw or nose piece needing replacing) and the staff fix those minor things immediately.

I was recently in to see Dr. Wayne Klettke for an eye exam as the last place wasn't working for me. I was very impressed with the staff's knowledge as well as the friendly environment in the office. I was put immediately at ease and was spoken to in terms that I was able to understand. Dr. Klettke walked me out himself into the front area to look for glasses and brought an optician to help me as well. The optician had tons of knowledge on what she was selling and I ended up with a fantastic pair of glasses that I have had many compliments on. I would recommend this office to anyone who is interested in taking great care of their eyes.

I also have had nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind service from Dr. Klettke. He has always taken time to thoroughly answer any questions I have had. For 10 years after moving to Calgary, I continued to return to Saskatoon for my eye care as I have a difficult prescription and had not found an optomitrist I felt was as knowledgeable as the clinic in Saskatoon. I was so pleased with Dr. Klettke's knowledge and experience that I have finally made the change to his office. He never rushes me through an appointment - and no question is left unanswered. He knows what he is doing and does it with integrity and caring.

I really can't relate to what the other rater said at ALL! I have also been going to Wayne and Eye Designs for years - since they were in the Gimble Building. Dr. Klettke is very knowledgeable and courteous, he even went above and beyond for me to make sure I got an appointment on the weekend when I suffered an eye injury. Their front desk staff is always very friendly and though sometimes the doctors can run behind, the service has always been excellent. Their eyewear selection is also the best I've come across in Calgary.

I went to Dr. Klettke for many years for vision care and unfortunately had to discontinue going to him as I felt the quality of service and eye care I was being provided had gone downhill. The staff seem to lack basic knowledge and tried to rip me off when giving me my lenses. Most importantly Dr. Klettke or his staff did not give me critical information about my new lenses which could have damaged my vision had I not had the foresight to do my own research after experiencing severe eye discomfort. Following this they refused to reimburse me for the difference in price and new lenses I had to get after they neglected to tell me the lenses I had worn for years had been changed (would have been maybe 50 bucks, and after 10+ years of customer loyalty would have been the least I think they could do?). Shady business practices now and seem to care only about the bottom line and not their patients vision health, which is unfortunate.
