Dr. Gretchen Kronenthal is the best. She always takes time to listen. She treats both my husband and myself. She always answers all of our questions & truely cares about her patients. I never feel rushed. I trust her and would never want to change doctors. Her staff is excellent also and always remembers us. All are very professional.

Although Gretchen appears to know what she is doing, her attention to detail and patient needs is poorly lacking. I have waited 3 days to a week for her to refill perscriptions for medication I have been taking for years. She has even prescribed meds that are in conflict with my physical problems. Lack of meds has caused additional pain and stress both of which aggrivate my health. Am concerned she has been involved in malpractice situation and this is what is causing her to be overly careful and thus causing pain and stress. Also she is not a Dr. and should not be permitted to "practice" without supervision. After 4 yrs with other P.A.s' in Access Health, I am now going to leave Access and look for a Dr. She is a threat to your health and doesn't really care. It is all about her. She makes promises and then does not keep them. Great presentation but no follow through. Should be stopped from any medical practice at all. Will persue complaint with insurance co.,state,county,AMA

Dr. Gretchen Kronenthal is an awesome PA/DR. She is extremely attentive and cares about her patients. On the other hand, each time I have been there, the receptionist / front desk lady is always rude and never smiles. She comes across that she does not want to be there. However, the second front desk lady, the one with the desk in the back left is very helpful and friendly, and she seems nice. The nurse/ medical assistant is very kind, and gives off great energy. The overall experience for the staff is ok, but not great, for one sour apple ruins the bunch! But I have all the confidence in the world for Dr. Gretchen Kronenthal, and she is superior!

Dr.Gretchen,She is an awesome Blessing she cares so much for each of her Patients, at times we have one of the staff or other that forgets at times to relay, messages to our Doctor, thatis ok in my book in order to have the most blessed Jesus filled Doctor whom cares for each paitent. other times normally it would be a whole office that people around the globe would have with their medical offices they attend. This office is a blessing So I do pray you pick Dr.Kronenthall out of the others she is located right around the courner from me in Inverness Florida 34452 she has the top service from other medical services that I have had before since the move to Florida.
