The front staff needs to be replaced. They are awful and rude. Very unprofessional for the profession they are in.
Dr Naiker has always been lovely, kind and helpful in the years I’ve seen her. I’ve found her recently to be very rushed and dismissive. Her bedside manner is now lacking. Hopefully it’s a phase and the Dr I’ve known and loved for over 13 years comes back to how she used to be.

I have been with Dr Naiker for several years and I am very grateful for how attentive and caring she is. It is rare to find drs that can handle the MSP system and still take the time to help with my medical issues and has helped reverse and/or understand my treatment better.

Dr. Naiker is kind and efficient. I like her as my Dr. The staff at her office are awful. They will not be helpful. They are rude and make your life difficult. Then you finally get to the Dr. who is a good listener and kind and helps immediately. The office needs someone to teach them to do their job better.

I have been seeing Dr Naiker for over 10 years. She is patient and kind, and leaves you feeling actually cared for and listened to. I once broke down crying after some bad news and she held my hand and sat with me. She often calls to follow up after an appointment to check in, which shows she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend her!

She should however consider changing offices, the staff at Burquitlam medical lack professionalism and cleanliness.

Love Dr. Naiker. She is the nicest person. She has been our family doctor for a while and has helped us with many issues.
She takes the time to contact you personally whenever she can to make sure that you are fully aware of your medical needs.

Dr. Naiker is great. She is east to get hold of, fast and thorough, and her support staff is very professional.

It is also a fun challenge to try to get her to smile.
