Dr. Costa earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his podiatric medicine and surgical residency training at Montefiore Medical Center, where he achieved chief resident status. He is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
