He's scatterbrained, doesn't return emails or phone calls and is sometimes late to appointments. Like the other commenter I also believe I was misdiagnosed. He seems scared of making mistakes and from my experience it's for good reason.

I am completely dissatisfied with Dr. Michael Maley ! And the Phillips Eye center altogether!!The patients are herded through like cattle from room to room with no explaination.. Dr. Maley seems pleasant-untill you want to ask him a question.I know for a FACT I was misdiagnosed by him ...I do NOT have the condition he said I had nor do I require surgery!! Questions from the patient are met with a "look" then a robotic quick fire response then the suggestion of surgery....very very unhapy with the eye center and Dr. Maley!
