She is one of those doctors you know whose high on herself very cold does not care not empathetic or compassion. Was on time. Did not mater. Cannot recommend.

Punctual, yes. But knowledgeable, compassionate, wise, insightful - definitely not; I think no therapy would be better than therapy with her.

I was very surprised by this provider. She doesn't respect patient boundaries and seems to make off-the-cuff suggestions within 30 minutes of speaking over the phone. I found her to be the least professional provider I've had the displeasure of speaking to and am very glad that I am not going to see her.

I had the same experience, also some time ago. Yes, she is punctual. But, I thought she was the worst provider I had ever seen. I did not return.

Amazing. I have never had a therapist understand me as much, or be as available as much as Dr. Waites was. She understood me in ways that I never could and her goal at all times was to figure out how to help me in the most self-less way I have ever encountered. I could not recommend her enough.

Dr. Waites by far was the least helpful therapist I've ever seen. Gives mental health a bad name. Very judgmental. What an ego! I would recommend you stay as far away from her as possible.

Dr. Waites has really helped me with my concerns. She helped me think about my thinking and offered a truly different way of looking at the concerns that I have. I felt that she never judged me and completely accepted me for who I am. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Waites!
