He did a great job making the evaluation and suggestion for my issues. I did read the review below dated November 15, 2017. My appointment was the week before. I did noticed that the lady handling the paperwork was new and another employee was observing her. Then I was told that I may have to pay upfront. I wasn't pleased, but I decided to stay there. After my visit was done, I was escorted to the office again and the nurse was doing some work on the computer and said that it was taken care of and I don't need to make the payment. I received my statements in the mail and it was taken care of. It was somewhat awkward feeling and I felt that the office employees were all new and don't know what they were doing.

The staff is unscrupulous. When booking a consultation, I asked if they took my insurance. The receptionist said that the did. But, when I arrived for the consult, they told me that they didn't and I would have to pay up front for all services. I left immediately. Be careful...they may lie to you.

Dr. Nessif is a great oral surgeon. He asked how I was doing at least 50 times. He explained where he was in the procedure and told me what to expect. Very courteous and very nice. There was no pain other than the Novocaine.
