I'm so disappointed, Dr. Taheri is so sweet and patient but there have been many changes with his office since I first started as his patient, and unfortunately, they are not for the best. His new receptionist is exceedingly unpleasant, and tried to tell me my coverage will not cover a $600 item , of course I checked for myself and it is indeed covered! I tried telling her while I was there but she just kept pushing for the money, or suggesting I try to get care credit or one of their other financial partners ! I need a lot done, and some it is not covered, but some of it is and I should not be expected to pay out of my own pocket for those that are covered.

Dr. Mark Taheri is under investigation for fraudulently charging insurances for services NOT rendered. He is extremely rude, his office staff is untrained teenagers, and his services are NOT professional.
RUN dont walk!

I am completely appalled by this office. My personal information was compromised by this office. My last visit was in January of 2021. On December of 2022 I discovered an open account for 8,100.00 on my credit report. After thorough investigation May Dental opened a credit card for $8,100.00 using my personal information. Violation of HIPPA laws. It has been a huge task lawyer fees, police reports etc. to prove this is not my debt nor did I request or authorize any credit. I also discovered this office charged for work that was never performed. I would know if I had a GOLD crown in my mouth. This office can not be trusted.

Dealt with awful pain and swelling for months and months. Taheri refused to check on me. Agreed on and made monthly, up to date payments yet Mark Taheri randomly filed a claim against me in small claims court. Go somewhere else.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. Everything went well except the extensive pain and swelling I felt for months after even with quality care. I contacted the office and they told me to see an ENT. The ENT told me that the person who performed my surgery should have seen me instead so I wasted time and money for nothing.

But that's not even the real issue. It was the payment situation that they cannot be trusted. I agreed to make monthly payments. I checked my bank statements and saw the last charge was December. All the prior months were paid. They didn't charge for January. I sent an email, called to confirm my payments were up to date, paid whatever wasn't, and a few days later I actually found out that they filed a case against me with small claims court. I was completely shocked. Someone went banging and yelling at the door of a family friend IN GEORGIA day and night while she wasn't even home. He literally sat outside stalking her home. She's the only one that lives there and suffers from PTSD, so you can see why I'm so embarrassed and disturbed by this. When she got out of her truck tonight IN THE DARK someone ran up to her YELLING, scaring her and asked for me. In that neighborhood in the dark!!!! He's lucky she didn't have her gun in her hand! She told him I didn't live there and asked what it was and said it was legal papers. I had no idea what it could even be for, so I went online and purchased court records in my name to find out that Mark Taheri filed small claims court case against me when I've been paying them every month. They did not attempt to ever contact me as to why they filed against me. It also says Mark Taheri filed the day before they charged my card as usual on the scheduled pay date in September and continued to charge my card for the rest of the year. What a whack job. Maybe they are broke and desperate for money. I won't be recommending them anymore. I'm so embarrassed, my God.

Had a great experience at mayo dental. I will repeat next time i have tooth pain :)
