Waited almost an hour to see Dr Ham. The delay is understandable, most clinics are behind anyways. However, Dr Ham does not even come into the room to see me, he has residents do all the work. I assumed he was busy with another patient, so I did not bother to ask. When I walked by his office on the way out he was just playing games on his phone. Seems very unprofessional that he does not even come in meet his patients. Pretty sure it isn't even legal for him to bill for patients when he has not even actually seen them.

Dr. Ham is a excellent doctor. He monitors my health and doesn't mind making a referral. He entertains questions with ease and doesn't rush out of the room while the patient is talking. Before I became his patient, I took an older, poor lady to see him on numerous occasions. He showed her great respect.

Dr. Ham is very smart and a caring Dr. Myself and my husband both use him and he has always listens to us and has been there for us since coming to Fort Payne. He is not to proud to say he doesn't know and will help you to find someone for you if need a specialist. I would call him a dear friend. as well. He is very helpful.
