Dr Faches is the best so forget the rest! No other MD in my opinion gives the care, the knowledge and the bed side manner of Dr Faches. She definitely deserves 10 stars in a 5 star category.

My family has been going to Dr. Faches for many years. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and has really good bedside manners. As long as we're in Middlesex County we will continue to have her as our family doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Faches for over 3 years. I will not say she is excellent and the very best. But she does know her stuff. She very kind, she listens, and i NEVER feel rushed. She moved and is no longer in Metuchen, but that's ok, b/c her new office and environment has not changed as far as attitudes are concerned. (which is very positive) However, she has gotten more busy. Unfortunately her hours have changed and she only works like 3 days of the week. and this does not include weekends. Which for those who work, it may not work for you. But she does know her work, very knowledgeable, and will go thru other options to solve your problem b4 going thru major decisions. But all & all you will NOT be disappointed.

Yes..I really like Dr Faches.. she is very attentive and is polite and shows good patient care..She's personable and she speaks clear english. Her staff is pretty good as well. Yes.. I notice there is a time wait to see her but its not that bad at all. Also, what does someone expect when you give someone good reviews..that Dr. will get new business..which means a longer wait time.. but it's all good!! We all want a good Dr. right?? Overall I recommend her.. I found her online at one of the other find a Dr. sites, I visited..and was pleased.. so now I will be going back again this year.. 2012! Hope this review helps..!!

Dr. Faches has been my PCP for 4yrs and is the best of the last 5 doctors I canceled because they were incompetent, too rushed, had abusive atitudes or did not answer questions. She doesn't force unnecessary drugs and spends time to talk about current and previous health issues. She tried to keep me on track for a healthy lifestyle. The staff are very pleasant and helpful also. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's not as long as some other doctor offices.

I went to Dr. Faches because I had swelling in my feet and did not know the cause. When I entered the examining room, she looked at my feet and told me that she had "never seen anything like this before." She then proceeded to leave the room to get a medical encyclopedia, brought it back into my examining room, thumbed through pages of skin diseases, then demanded her nurse give me blood tests. It was the most traumatizing experience I've ever had at the doctors. When I went to a dermatologist, he told me I had a mild bacterial infection and gave me 5 days worth of antibiotics without any worry whatsoever. I have never been back to Dr. Faches and tell everyone of my horrible experience who is looking for a new doctor.

I wanted to switch my PCC and after doing research, I found Dr. Faches. Dr. Faches is a very competent physician and also a really nice person. She talks with you and not at you, I was really pleased to have found her and will definitely keep her as my PCC. Another bonus is that her staff are friendly.

She personally is nice and easy to talk to. However, her office staff and some of her office processes leave a lot to be desired. She spends time to talk and not make you feel rushed. However, her office staff schedules her visits like a typical doctor - wham, bam. So she's always 30-60 minutes behind. Her nurse handles return phone calls for her and often loses information in the process. The nurse I've delt with via phone is hard to understand and does not communicate clearly. You have the feeling that she doesn't understand what you say. When I asked for the doctor to call back, was told she does not speak to patients on the phone. Her front office/receptionist is generally nice and friendly. Dr. leaves her cell phone number on voice mail message for "urgent matters" but considers you going to the hospital to be about the only justification for calling it. Will not refill maintenance meds that have no abuse potential without office visit. This is hard when you don't have insurance.

Our family loves Dr. Faches and her staff. We have been with her since she opened her practice. She spends quality time with you and really listens to you and cares about you. We are thankful that we found her!!!
