Hard to understand, does not have a good staff either. Took off work, drove from Williamsburg to Norfolk (60 miles?) and when I pulled into the parking lot at his office, I received a phone call that my appt was canceled. Another time I showed up and they told me he was on vacation. No call or mail. Decided not to return.
