Over the years I have had about four therapists. Maria is my first choice. She was the first therapist I had that made me feel like I actually improved. It changed my life. I felt valuable and worthy (I felt so good that I moved to Florida, just my son and I). The only reason that I wasn't able to see her anymore is because she relocated. She prepared me in advance. That was years ago and I still think about the impact she had on my life. I still use the skills she gave me to navigate challenging situations in my life. She is an excellent therapist and an amazing person. The staff was efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a therapist. Anyone who has had a therapist and it just wasn't a good fit will truly appreciate this review.
