We were very impressed with Dr. Austin, when we made the rounds to choose an ortho. We liked Dr Austin's view on my child's teeth and we liked his staff. Now we are into this over a year and I truly dislike coming this office. The assistants are horrible, rude to my child and are huge gossips about other patients! I cannot believe I have paid good money for this treatment. I cannot wait for my son's teeth to be done. I have already researched another ortho for my next child because I will not be using this office again. Also when we started with Austin, there was Christian music and no TVs. Now it's secular music and many TVs playing shows I prefer my child not seeing.
