I never ever write bad reviews but this one was extremely difficult to let slip by. I came so extremely sick and in so much pain (not COVID and not strep) but just a very bad virus. She was very unkind and made me feel like I was a burden for coming in and asking questions I had. She took a sample for strep throat but it wasn’t that. Mind you, I had been severely and forcefully coughing for 3 days straight with a heavy pain in my chest and haven’t been able to sleep because of it. I also have an extremely swollen throat. All she decides to give me is a steroid pack and then I informed her nurse that I am allergic to steroids per my last experience with them a couple years prior. So then, the doctor walks back in and says there is nothing else she is able to give me for the pain or my extreme cough and just tells me to keep taking otc meds like I have been (which hasn’t been working by the way, hence why I went to the doctor in the first place.) I felt like she was gaslighting me and my symptoms and this doctors visit was a waste of my time and money because she told me to keep doing what I was already doing. I also looked at her straight in her eyes and said is there really nothing else you are able to do for me? I’m in so much pain and haven’t slept for days. Also, why does my chest hurt when I cough?? She looked back at me and said no and then said my chest is probably hurting because of my anxiety. I was completely gaslit and I know for a fact MY anxiety never makes my chest feel that way. I also had other very pressing issues I wanted to cover because I had been struggling with them and she cut me off and said she was just trying to be nice in helping cover those issues but she wasn’t going to answer any more questions I had. I left in tears because I felt helpless after I was genuinely looking forward to the doctor helping me so my extremely rough virus could go away. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life and I would never recommend her to anyone. If you’re thinking about going to see her I highly suggest you reconsider. While I understand everyone may have bad days, this behavior was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. She is absolutely terrible and it baffles me at how she is a doctor and claims to “help people”. Some of the wrong people are in these professions. Do better

She is a very moody doctor. Her staff is awful to deal with. Caught them in lies.

Dr Sarver took care of my mom during her stay in a nursing home. Dr Sarver took great care of my mom and was always available for consultation and very patient.
