Dr. Kulczycki Is awful. So extremely rude to staff, especially nurses. Acts as if he knows everything. Spends less than a minute with his patients in the hospital.

Office staff in Toms River is rude and no help at all. Jackson's staff is more helpful in person than on the phone. Dr Alex is very knowledgeable and very personable. Would highly recommend

Office staff is terribly rude and not helpful. Have to wait months to be seen by the doctor who only spends a few minutes with his patients.
